Friends of the Amesbury Public Library
The Friends of the Amesbury Public Library is a non-profit organization that helps support the library's services and programs. Through fundraising efforts such as The Stacks, a used bookstore housed in the lower level of the library, membership drives, and other events, the Friends raise money to support the library's museum pass program, programs for all ages, and Library of Things items like hotspots. Amesbury Public Library Charitable Trust (APLCT)
The APLCT is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization with a Board of Trustees. Funds held by the trust include both restricted and unrestricted gifts and bequests. The trustees, in their discretion, support requests that are not budgetary and that meet any and all restrictions placed on the funds by the donor. Your gift can be designated according to your wishes toward a specific purpose or toward supporting the trust’s ongoing work on behalf of the Amesbury Public Library. Your gifts and bequests to the APLCT have a lasting, far-reaching effect on your community. An endowment or estate gift in honor of a loved one establishes a legacy that will be enjoyed by new generations of patrons. You may choose to make a gift to recognize family members, colleagues, or friends. You may select the Amesbury Public Library Charitable Trust as the gift recipient at special occasions, such as weddings and anniversaries.
Donations may be made payable to: Amesbury Public Library Charitable Trust, c/o Amesbury Public Library, 149 Main St., Amesbury MA 01913.
