Strategic Plan

To ensure the library meets the varied needs of our constituency, we embarked on a comprehensive long range planning process in January 2022. Staff, trustees, friends, and community members contributed insight and guidance throughout this process. The strategic plan establishes goals for the next several years to ensure our facility and programs support the ongoing educational, social, and cultural needs of our community.
