The craziness, the fun–and how she ended up where she is at age 61. She’ll also talk about making a career change at mid-life–can it really work to follow your dreams?
Hank’s first novel PRIME TIME won the Agatha for Best First mystery, AIR TIME (2009) was nominated for the Agatha and Anthony and her newest (and fourth) DRIVE TIME received a starred review from Library Journal and is an Anthony and Agatha nominee. Hank will have the scoop on mysteries, television, and the mystery of television.
Hank Phillippi Ryan is the investigative reporter for Boston’s NBC affiliate. A television journalist since 1975, she has won 27 Emmys and ten Edward R. Murrow awards for her work. A best-selling author of four mystery novels, Ryan has won the Agatha, Anthony and Macavity awards for her crime fiction. She’s on the national board of directors of Mystery Writers of America (and an instructor at MWA-U) and the New England board of Sisters in Crime.
